Places to buy cheap male clothing in Bangkok?
Hi guys! I’m going on vacation to Bangkok in a few weeks time and I’m really stoked about it. I was also wondering if anyone could tell me places to buy cheap male teenagers clothing in Bangkok. I’m not really interested in branded goods, as long as its comfortable and it looks good. Besides that, I’m also hoping you could tell me where I could get this specific clothings in Bangkok.
Long/Short sleeve button up shirt ( For former and casual wear)
Shorts (Cargo, Camo, Plaid and whatnot)
Athletic Shoes
Shorts and cotton shirts are pretty common items at many street vendors. You can find them on Sukhumvit (near Nana Skytrain,) near Patpong (near a Skytrain stop) and at the street vendors on Phetchaburi Road. Area near the Baiyoke Tower Hotel is a mini garment district. (You can take the Skytrain to the Asia Hotel and walk down to Phetchaburi Road, Panthip Plaza computer mall is in this area too! Lots of vendors across the street from Panthip Plaza. )
You can spend two or 3 days in MBK itself (near Skytrain stop.) Chatuchak Weekend Market is interesting for lots of stuff besides clothing. (Also off a Skytrain stop.)
For shoes, if you have tiny Thai sized feet you will have lots of choices. Big size 12 clunkers and above (like me) you will have a harder time to find those sizes. If you have big feet bring extra shoes from home.
Helpful to have a hotel near the Skytrain route.
