Do you like catfish?
I know I do.I think they’re cute,strong and very survival under various natural conditions even extreme climate.They’re usually found around the murky,muddy fresh water.Some of them even live in the sea.For me,catfish is a humble animal.They live where they can live and they eat whatever they can eat.It does’nt need any special care or attention like other species of fish,just water and food.That will be enough for them.Some of them can be very beautiful with colorful camouflaging patterns.Just becareful while handling them cuz they have barbs on both sides of their fins.I use thick towel to pick them up.And yes,I love to see them ‘walking’ on the ground.It gives you that prehistoric feeling.

Catfish are absolutely amazing fish and there are literally thousands of different species. 1 out of every 20 fish species is a catfish! They also grow huge, up to 600 pounds in Vietnam:

They are also very resilient. There are stories of catfish being left overnight in bathtubs or buckets and the next day, they are still alive and just swim away! Extremely tough fish and great to eat too if prepared properly.
