How are forever 21 clothes cut? Small, large, or true to size?
I want to order a top and dress. I am usually a small to medium but my best measurement at the fullest part is 38 inches. It says according to the website that I would be a large. Please help, thanks!
From my experience their knit tops are pretty true to size, however if you get anything button down I would get it a size bigger than you normal wear as those seem to run small.
Skirts and pants run very small there, so go up a size with those as well.
A dress should be the size you normally wear especially if it is a knit dress.
Before water bloating with too small clothes!
