its cold. Is it appropriate for a 9 month old to go out in a sleeper and blanket? Or jeans/shirt/coat?
just curious. The sleeper sounds like it would be the warmest, but does that make families look trashy?
If she is a girl try stockings under her jeans with a onesie under her shirt. Sleepers aren’t trashy….i just think its weird to see kids walking around in sleepers with shoes on lol but try the leggings underneath. worked like a charm for my girls and we live in the cold midwest! 
EDIT: i now see he’s a boy! LOL But they do make baby leggings for boys…a friend of mine had them for her son and they have cute boy designs lol
