Opinon on the size of this dog coat?

i want to get the xx-large but its not on the size chart.
my dog IS 65 – 85 pounds, girth is 31 and length is 22 and neck is 24-26inches
im not sure the neck will fit, could i leave the top button undone?
and it might be a little lengthy on her buts its the best price ive found so far..
