10 dogs, two cats rescued from condemned Buffalo Road home
Animal control officers took 10 dogs and two cats from a condemned house on Buffalo Road this afternoon. The owner of the animals was arrested after he arrived at the home, retrieved a gun from his truck and threatened to kill himself.
