how can i improve my punching power?
i just sparred with a friend in a boxing ring lately, i was mystified why i could not knock him down even though i hit his jaw more than ten times and as hard as i felt my punches landed… he said i was just not strong enough… i am not a pro boxer but i’m really interested how can i have a ONE blow ender move in less than a month…
Strength training will defintely help in adding more power to your punch…Other than that most of the people who answered your question have given you good direction with regards to the mechanics of an effective punch.
