Everything counted except Lake County, which includes Gary with large Black population and basically a Chicago suburb.
I did some calculating and if Obama gets 63% of Lake County he wins the state.
That is a smaller percentage than he got in Indianapolis.
If Lake really had 300,000 democratic votes that is a lot more than I was modeling. In that case he only needs 57% of the vote there.

Good question. Hillary is up around 42,000. Lake County has around 300,000+ votes.

This being said, votes may be less than 300,000 as your numbers assume. I heard 300,000+ which could have included another county so stick with your numbers.
