How to overcome mental shock and depression resulting from forced expulsion by a cruel husband resident of UK?
I am unable to control myself as I am horribly hurt due to expulsion by my Doctor Husband who treated me like a disposable cup of tea,enjoyed and finished tea and then threw the empty cup by kicking me compelling me to flee to India and cry and cry due to the selfish and rude behaviour of a Doctor lacking respect for women as a human being and inconsiderate of his duty to save lives on Earth. Can anyone advise me as to how to forget his cruelty?
I can understand your position. It is very painful and very much disturbing to take up the selfish behaviour of a man you trust the most.
But please don’t think of taking revenge or giving lessons to him for whatever he has done to you. It will spoil your remaining life. If he has expelled you, you should find yourself lucky. If this man has done so much to you, it is good that now you can start a new life. Life goes on, it never ends. You try to keep yourself patient. You cannot and should not forget his cruelty. But you will have to forgive him, if you want to proceed and live life. You may think that it is imposible but it is the only way of giving lessons to people.
One thing you can do to come out of it, is , go on writting whatever you feel. Go for as many page as you can. Cry as much as you feel like. Curse him for whatever he has done to you. And finally destroy the papers. You will feel light and you will have a great sleep. But never tempt to show these papers to your husband or anybody. It will worsen the situation.
And you will certainly find a way out to life. India is very good place to live. You can come back to India. The social bondings dont allow such things to happen.
God is there to help. Seek his help and He will come to rescue.
