She is 13, 5’3” & 63 lbs.
i’m with her enough to know she is not anorexic or bulimic, and besides, i am the one with the eating disorder (recovering),
she just has a super-fast metabolism.
she actually eats much more than her bmr, and i am positive she does not purge anything, so is it dangerous for her to be this thin?
she is a size 00 or -1/-2 in pants, and xxs in shirts, and can fit into xxxs.

she was weighed in gym class, and i overheard the gym teacher tell her that she is 63 pounds, and that she needs to put on a lot of weight.
She has a BMI (body mass index) of 11.

A healthy BMI is between 18.5-24.9
That means she’s dangerously underweight, definitely. She can’t help her metabolism, and some people do have a VERY fast one, but she should consult a doctor about ways to put on a little weight because even if its her natural weight, 11 is a dangerous BMI to have.
