Why are there tee shirts with Che Guevara on them?
I know he was a guerilla leader, but why is he on all these tee shirts lol?
He has become a romanticized figure, a hero of the people.
Really though he was nothing of the sort. He was Castro’s right hand during the revolution. But after they won, he left Cuba. Instead of sticking around and helping to lead the country and bring “freedom” to the people, he took off and picked another fight in another country. So either he was running away from Castro, or he just liked to fight. Not very heroic either way if you ask me.
