Vilsack promises first CRP sign-up in three years
DES MOINES — There will a general sign-up for the CRP this year, says USDA Secretary Tom Vilsack. Vilsack made his announcement during a stop in Iowa Saturday at the National Pheasant Fest, an event sponsored by Pheasants Forever.
